History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When Fulbar reached his early adolescence his Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
