History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has never given up on his poetry dream.
