History: He got into the Spy business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He tends to his Spy job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

He dresses like a well dressed Ruler does. He wears a colorful flower in his auburn hair. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Ruler.

Motivation: Expand his business; and sabotage a competitor
