History: Quarion hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Quarion was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion; and balancing his hectic life and new sage responsibilities is difficult

History: Galinndan lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
