Personality: Joan hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her poetry career. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Through the years after Joan was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Joan's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

Description: This late middle aged man has the majority of his body covered in plate and is in decent physical shape. His fur is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Emerald enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Emerald hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Map Maker born in the past three hundred years. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her childhood dream was to be a Shoemaker, but she was a colossal failure. She has worked as a Map Maker like her father before her.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Sutha was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Blacksmith for hire.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and sabotage a competitor
