History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Zephan has worked very hard to control his curse. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Butcher for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Butcher responsibilities is difficult; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He has done his best to style his red hair to look like a famous performer. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears a grey costume with the symbols of strength on her torso. Her moppish blonde hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her eyes are likewise hazel. Her teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Layabout they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Blacksmith, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. With bright chestnut hair. Her blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Nogu lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
