Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Nedda liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Adventurer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His childhood dream was to be a Bowyer, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
