Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Gifted from a young age, Kerkad studied abroad. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. During his travels, Kerkad and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Kerkad discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Kerkad fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
