Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking eastern young adult. He wears an entirely violet suit with black socks and a vest with buckled shoes. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady amber eyes.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bernard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he is renowned for his bright grey suits and hats. His black hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines amber.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Servant. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Servant for the past few years.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: A middle-aged man, he is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing grey cape and mantle trimmed with soft blue waves gently in the breeze, and is pretty ugly. His hair is black and very short. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: 4'10" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She wears a yellow deerstalker hat and yellow clothes. Her silver hair is heavily combed to the left. Her skin is flawless and her violet eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. A true patriot, Keyleth would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Wants her loneliness to end; and she desires power and/or immortality
