History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Windy decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Paelias was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Paelias's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
