History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When Hecat reached her early adolescence her Tiefling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. Heian is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Slave Trader hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Chaedi enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Her parents enrolled her in a Barbarian school at a young age so that she could practice her necromantic talents. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
