History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with grey lining and desert motifs, and is pretty ugly. Her red hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. She has a dull look in her blue eyes.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Sculptor. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Sculptor for hire.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and further expansion of business

Description: A 5'2" eastern man, he wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with small hat. His brown hair is greasy and uncared for. This amber eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: This northern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. Her black hair, when down, is lengthy. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines amber.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She uses divination through singing.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Riswynn was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Riswynn's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
