Description: She is an average looking eastern female in her early mid-life. She prefers to wear flannel. Her hair is black and curly. She has gray eyes and a grey hat with a tan feather.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. The war was a terrible time for her, and Anbera does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Anbera fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He wears his black hair down. He has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. A true patriot, Mâku would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He got into the Mercenary business at a young age. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He tends to his Mercenary job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Description: 4'10" and muscular, this eastern man wears skinny pants and wears a blue and black robe with the hood down. His hair is long and black with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small blue clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born in the east. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
