Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Fonkin embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Matilda fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born in the west to a Mercenary, Roge learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He struck the Mercenary job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Alexandre was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and doesn't want to be a cook and was forced into it by his family
