Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Scrag was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Dilettante, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
