History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Maynild alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Maynild was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the goblins.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Keyleth was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
