History: Born in the east to a Bowyer, Hubert learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He's also a talented Engraver, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Five was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.

Description: This man wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized topaz on his left hand. His head has been shaved. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Sammal never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
