Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. A true patriot, Shanairla would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Shanairla lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. After a long history of fighting, Shanairla and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Anne was born the youngest of three triplets. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
