His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: She got into the Marshal business at a young age. A gifted student she started as a Bather, but she got bored and became a Marshal. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
