History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. Through the years after Dworic was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Dworic's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her first spouse was a Guard, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Cora grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is her passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
