Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His red hair is knotted and matted. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. Gardain enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gardain fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered south to less war torn lands. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she wants revenge against illithids
