History: Born in the south to a Miller, Tim learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. Her golden hair is greasy and uncared for. Her fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She uses divination through singing.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Engong was born with her father's beautiful face. Through the years after Engong was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Engong's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
