History: She was born in the west. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Dara took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up monstrous two handed axe and armor she uses now. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was born in the west. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

His black eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson black hat.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Dilettante profession.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Sammal was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Engraver. He struck the Engraver job and began his own company from there.
