When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She worked as a nervous Assassin and found it very stressful. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Assassin for the past few years.
