History: William was born with his mother's beautiful face. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. William fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was born in the west. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Carter responsibilities is difficult.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. Her auburn hair is greasy and uncared for. Her green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: She was born into a rich family. Through the years after Portia was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Portia's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: He stands about 3'7" and is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His hair is auburn and curly. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Animal Trainer business.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Animal Trainer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
