Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, John has worked very hard to control his curse. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Ovina and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
