Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Shedinn lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and regain custody of his son

He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 2'11" when asserting himself. His hair is long and black with streaks of golden, and is pulled back with small red clips. His beard is golden, braided, and well cared for. He has gleaming, smiling green eyes.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and he wants revenge against giants

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Roofer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Roofer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Roofer for the past few years.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her father worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled father and took her father's old job. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
