History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. Paggen was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: The child of a Priest, who enjoyed hunting, Phelaia was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her first spouse was a Priest, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She bought a longsword and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears skinny pants and wears a tan and green robe with the hood down. He keeps his long red hair kept up in a rat tail. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. After coming to the age of reason, Saphara took it upon herself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. After a long history of fighting, Saphara and her spouse have recently divorced.
