History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the east were limited. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft violet waves gently in the breeze. His blonde hair is thinning but still full. His hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lûga grew up listening to his father's many stories. Lûga abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
