Description: This younger middle-aged man wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a hand crossbow, but if one is not available he will default to his shortbow, and a wedding ring on his left hand. He has done his best to style his golden hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are amber and beady.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Einkil and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against drow; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears skinny pants and wears a grey and violet robe with the hood down. His chestnut hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Randal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Scribe; and wants to work out more often

Description: A 6'1" western woman, she does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. She keeps her silver hair in a flapper bob. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her black eyes.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Phelaia's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Phelaia was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the west were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for her
