Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ella grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ella. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Phelaia was born on a far southern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Ruler. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Megren isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dragonborn unity. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the south. She has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. She has worked as a Bookbinder like her father before her.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears a tight fitting white shirt and pants. His hair is red, silky, and of moderate length. His amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born in a small plains village. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
