Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his scythe with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His red hair, when down, is lengthy. His eyes are red and beady.

Personality: Zepar is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Born in the west to a Sage, Zepar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His first spouse was a Barrister, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and to end her boredom

Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He has a red handlebar mustache and slicked back red hair. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized tan coat, and is pretty ugly. Her chestnut hair is still thick. Her eyes are hazel and beady.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Carter but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Shava was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student she started as a Masseuse, but she got bored and became a Carter. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To be a Masseuse again.
