Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Quilla was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and doesn't want to be a junk dealer and was forced into it by her family

History: Riardon was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His childhood dream was to be a Beggar, but he was a colossal failure. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
