History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Therai was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Mayor. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he's looking for his big break
