Personality: Manfred wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Monk, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He got into the Barkeep business at a young age. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He became a Barkeep soon after.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 3'3" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears a blue tunic with black highlights, and long blue pants that bunch up around her shoes. Her black hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. She has a dull look in her amber eyes.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: She got into the Soapmaker business at a young age. Her parents were killed by brigands in a raid when she was still a young child. The brigands captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Waywocket fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it; and balancing her hectic life and new soapmaker responsibilities is difficult

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep red leather and dull pastel iron scale mail. His silver hair is still thick. His eyes are hazel.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He wants to get laid; and to unite with his sister

Description: She is lean but muscular and wears a blue shirt, with a green mid length skirt with green tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. Her golden hair is heavily combed to the left. Her gray eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Naivara was born with her mother's beautiful face. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Some 4 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Naivara never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and to prove her worth to the world
