History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He became a Miner soon after.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Gnomish companion (her 'brother'). She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
