Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is her passion; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: Born in the east to a Marshal, Yevelda learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has worked as a Marshal like her father before her.
