Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep violet leather and dull red iron scale mail. Her brown hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: Melissa was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
