History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Laborer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Ruler, and he later adopted a second son.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Ilde alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
