Gruk Carlton, Male Half-Orc [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. He has done his best to style his black hair to look like a famous performer. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Gruk is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Gruk was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Gruk took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up shortbow and armor he uses now. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he desires power and/or immortality
Ideals: Justice, Persistence, Impeccable. Bonds: Poor, Adventurer, Nature. Occupation: Bookbinder
Voice: Pronounces difficult words wrong
