Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He prefers to wear flannel. His chestnut hair and beard is wavy and long. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Scrag grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Scrag. He bought a kukri and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: An older man who wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, he is not a threatening figure. His scarlet crest is long and unkept. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Being a Healer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: Mella was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She's also a talented Architect, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Expand her business.

Description: He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. He wears his blonde hair up in a very large beehive style do. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he has decided he is irredeemable
