Description: The dark-skinned woman stands 5'2" and dresses well, wearing tan shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. Her black hair is heavily combed to the right. Her eyes are amber and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 41. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Description: This northern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Her crest is cut close to her head. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines gold.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Being a Navigator kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Wrenn alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and many orcs want him driven away

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, she wears bulky grey painted plate armor. Her tied-back hair is silver. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her father's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered orcs who tried to eat her hand. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Millicent was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: Many orcs want her driven away.
