History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Althaea grew up listening to her father's many stories. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
