Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Ootah was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She worked as a nervous Layabout and found it very stressful. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
