History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Qemuel grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longbow.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Gifted from a young age, Curran studied abroad. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and obtaining odd cultural tiefling artifacts is his passion

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: 2'11" and muscular, this eastern man dresses well, wearing white shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Oren was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Oren fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
