Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born in the west to a Guard, Hubert learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born in the east to a Painter, Smoking learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Painter for the past few years.
