History: Kipper was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Description: This woman wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition, and sports empty pouches on her belt. She wears her red hair up in a very large beehive style do. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Juliana embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
