Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Bertram will drive conversation. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His childhood dream was to be a Unemployed, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To protect his home; and he is greedy

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she wears a simple red robe with yellow stripes complete with hood. Her red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.
