Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears dull blue sweaters, loose violet pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed scimitar, just in case. His silver hair is greasy and uncared for. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He bought a scimitar and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult.

She has a long auburn ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her eyes are likewise hazel. Her teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Rosamund enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her arcane abilities were realized during a raid on her village. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy white fur. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He has a hunchback. He wears his white fur up. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Fragrant liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
