History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His childhood dream was to be a Herbalist, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Herbalist, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Description: A pudgy man standing about 4'5" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He usually wears his brown robe and has his crossbow always slung over his shoulder. He has shaved his head bald. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Taklinn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. At some point he was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats.

Description: She wears a simple grey robe with brown stripes complete with hood. She carries with her a set of greatswords on her belt, each one with a amber on the hilt. Her golden hair is matted, messy, and big. Her violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bardryn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and to find somewhere to settle down
